Pretty Little Funnels
Last Updated: August 16, 2026
Welcome to Pretty Little Funnels. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services, software access, websites, funnels, automations, CRM tools, subscriptions, and related services provided by Pretty Little Funnels ("PLF," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing our services, creating an account, accessing the Pretty Little Funnels platform, or using any PLF service, you agree to these Terms.
Pretty Little Funnels provides digital marketing and business technology services that may include funnel design and development, CRM access, lead management tools, email and SMS automation, calendars, workflows, integrations, website or funnel hosting, templates, technical setup, ongoing system management, and related services.
The exact services provided to you depend on the product, package, or subscription you purchase.
Certain PLF services may include access to a software platform or client account provided through technology licensed or integrated by Pretty Little Funnels.
Your login credentials are for your authorized use. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, passwords, connected services, and authorized users.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, interfere with platform functionality, or use PLF services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
Pretty Little Funnels utilizes third-party technology providers and integrations to deliver certain services.
Your use of these services may also be subject to the applicable third party's own terms, policies, restrictions, availability, and acceptable-use requirements.
We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability, functionality, pricing, policies, or future features.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, content, offers, products, claims, customer lists, contacts, images, trademarks, and other materials you provide or use through PLF.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your marketing activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including requirements related to email marketing, SMS/text messaging, advertising, privacy, consumer protection, and consent.
You may not use PLF systems to send spam or unsolicited communications.
Pretty Little Funnels builds systems designed to support your marketing and business operations.
Your results depend on numerous factors outside PLF's control, including your offer, pricing, traffic, audience, messaging, sales process, market conditions, implementation, and business decisions.
Prices and payment terms are presented at checkout or in your service agreement.
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged automatically according to the billing schedule associated with your plan until the subscription is canceled.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
Additional services, premium features, third-party usage, phone services, email services, SMS messaging, AI services, domains, integrations, or other usage-based services may incur separate charges where applicable.
Recurring PLF subscriptions may be canceled according to the cancellation terms associated with the applicable plan.
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals but does not automatically refund charges already processed.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellation of a subscription may result in loss of access to PLF-hosted software, automations, CRM functionality, integrations, or other subscription-dependent services.
Clients are responsible for exporting any data they wish to retain before access ends where export functionality is available.
Because PLF provides digital services, software access, custom setup, and work that may begin shortly after purchase, payments may be non-refundable once services have begun except where otherwise stated in the applicable offer, agreement, or required by law.
Any specific refund policy displayed at checkout or contained in a signed service agreement will control for that purchase.
Pretty Little Funnels retains ownership of its proprietary systems, processes, templates, training materials, documentation, branding, methodologies, and other PLF-owned intellectual property.
Clients retain ownership of their own original brand assets and content supplied to PLF.
Ownership and usage rights for custom-created funnel designs, graphics, copy, templates, or other deliverables may be further defined by the specific package or service agreement.
Third-party software and assets remain subject to their respective owners' licenses.
PLF may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, fraudulent activity, unlawful activity, abuse of the platform, security risks, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable third-party platform policies.
Where appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to correct the issue before termination.
Your use of PLF services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for obtaining any permissions and consents required to collect, upload, store, contact, or process information belonging to your customers, leads, or contacts.
We work to maintain reliable services, but technology occasionally decides to have a personality of its own.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to websites, software, hosting, integrations, email services, SMS services, APIs, third-party applications, or other technology.
Maintenance, outages, updates, security events, or changes made by third-party providers may temporarily affect functionality.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pretty Little Funnels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of PLF services.
Our total liability for a claim relating to a particular paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to Pretty Little Funnels for that service during the applicable period, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law.
PLF provides marketing, technology, design, automation, and business-support services.
Nothing provided by PLF constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, technology, policies, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the state in which Pretty Little Funnels is legally established, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
